Hi, I’m Tamara Kiwi—I help professionals in high-pressure roles find inner-resilience, fulfillment and balance.

I’m a self-leadership coach with a unique background as an attorney and professional development leader, and experience in a variety of company cultures.

As my practice and specialized coaching has evolved, I focus on amplifying your inner coach and strengthening your heart-centered self-leadershiptransforming your mindset, behaviors, and relationships from the inside out.

I received a “wake-up call” in life when, in rapid succession, I lost my two best friends. I was devastated. I became keenly aware that life is not a dress rehearsal.

At that point, I had been creating and delivering professional skills and leadership development programs in the legal industry for over a decade.

I realized that I wanted to be supporting others in transformative self-development and self-leadership on a more intimate, direct and impactful level.

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” – Anais Nin

I realized that I had been living on auto-pilot and letting my fearmongering inner critic take the wheel. I found myself completely burned out and uncertain how to get unstuck and become realigned with what mattered to me.

So, I took a courageous step to work with a coach on the limiting beliefs and stuckness holding me back from the fulfilling life I longed for—and I started to lead my life more courageously.

I completed rigorous professional coaching training and supervision programs to become certified as an Integral Professional Coach™.

I was drawn to training in this Integral methodology because of its blend of Eastern and Western philosophies and developmental practices, as well as having a holistic and embodied approach.

Through my own coaching journey, I discovered the transformative practices of meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatics. I then went on to study these practices further and have completed courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Habit Change, and Mindful Self-Compassion.

I am currently deepening my training with a Mind-Body coaching certification to bring more of the powerful impact of somatic practices and embodiment into my work with clients.

Ultimately, my coaching approach is customized to each client – to meet you where you are and support you in your unique development.

I have always prioritized, and continue to participate in, ongoing self-development and personal growth practices. I bring to my clients in their unique coaching programs my own personal embodied experience, along with my professional training and development expertise.
