Hi, I’m Tamara Kiwi—I help professionals in high-pressure roles find inner-resilience, cultivate balance and fulfillment, and create greater impact.
I’m a self-leadership coach with a unique background as an attorney, senior leader, and designer of professional development programs for AmLaw 200 and Fortune 500 firms. I have personal experience navigating the opportunities and challenges of demanding, high-stakes environments in a variety of company cultures.
As my practice and specialized coaching has evolved, I focus on amplifying your inner coach and strengthening your self-leadership—transforming your mindset, behaviors, and relationships from the inside out.
Why I Coach
I was drawn to coaching through my own experience with transformation.
After losing two of my closest friends, I had a wake-up call that life isn’t a dress rehearsal.
At the time, I was spearheading professional development initiatives and navigating the complexities of leadership. While I valued my work, I realized I wanted to connect more deeply with individuals, helping them achieve personal and professional growth in ways that truly mattered.
I’ve been where many of my clients find themselves—stuck, and unsure how to move forward.
Working with a coach helped me break through limiting beliefs, confront my inner critic, and lead in my life with greater courage and authenticity. That experience inspired my passion for guiding others through their own transformations.
How I Work
My coaching blends strategic expertise, business acumen, and evidence-based coaching practices, including mindfulness and somatic techniques, to help cultivate self-awareness, reframe unproductive patterns, and navigate challenges with confidence.
Together, we uncover what’s holding you back, build resilience, and cultivate a self-leadership—and leadership—style that’s both authentic and effective.
Whether you’re tackling imposter syndrome, navigating complex business decisions, or striving to make a greater impact, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs.
